We are looking for a skilled Network & Infrastructure Engineer to manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure across HQ and dark store locations.
The role is responsible for ensuring reliable LAN/WAN connectivity, secure VPN communications, CCTV surveillance systems, and physical access control solutions while maintaining high network availability, security, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure across HQ and all store locations.
Manage routing, switching, VLANs, firewall policies, and network performance to ensure maximum uptime.
Deploy, configure, and support site-to-site and remote VPN connectivity between stores and HQ.
Monitor and resolve network connectivity issues while ensuring secure encrypted communications.
Install, configure, and maintain IP CCTV cameras, NVR systems, and remote surveillance platforms.
Administer physical access control systems, including door controllers, access groups, and user permissions.
Monitor network health and infrastructure performance using network monitoring tools.
Maintain accurate network documentation, including network diagrams, IP address management, and configuration records.
Collaborate with IT Support, Security, Facilities, and external contractors to deliver infrastructure projects and support business operations.
Ensure compliance with IT security standards and infrastructure best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in network engineering within a multi-site environment.
CCNA certification is required.
Strong knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, TCP/IP, and firewall administration.
Hands-on experience with VPN technologies (IPSec and SSL VPN).
Experience with IP surveillance systems such as Hikvision, Dahua, or Axis, including NVR administration.
Knowledge of physical access control platforms such as HID Global, Suprema, or equivalent.
Experience using network monitoring tools such as PRTG or Zabbix.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across multiple locations and cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel to company sites as required.
