The NDT Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing non-destructive testing activities to ensure compliance with international quality standards, client specifications, and safety regulations. The role requires strong technical expertise in various NDT methods, team supervision capabilities, and coordination with project and QA/QC teams.
Supervise and coordinate daily NDT inspection activities at site/workshop.
Ensure all NDT operations comply with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications.
Review and approve NDT reports and documentation before submission.
Allocate manpower and equipment effectively to meet project timelines.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide technical guidance to NDT technicians.
Ensure calibration and proper maintenance of NDT equipment.
Interpret NDT results and provide technical recommendations to QA/QC and project teams.
Monitor adherence to safety regulations and company HSE policies.
Liaise with clients, third-party inspectors, and internal departments.
Participate in internal audits, quality inspections, and project meetings.

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical discipline.
Valid NDT Level II / Level III certification as per ASNT / ISO 9712 standards.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in NDT inspection, with at least 2 years in supervisory role.
Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or Heavy Engineering projects preferred.
Strong knowledge of international codes (ASME, API, ASTM, ISO standards).
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and welding procedures.
Excellent report preparation and documentation skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Problem-solving and decision-making capability.
