  • Description: The Mechanical Technical & Design Manager leads the design, review, and coordination of all mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) across construction and MEP projects. The role ensures technical compliance with international standards, manages engineering teams, and drives design quality from concept through execution.
    ►Key Responsibilities
    •Lead the design and technical review of HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting systems across projects.
    •Review and approve shop drawings, design calculations, and technical submittals for accuracy and compliance.
    •Ensure all mechanical designs meet international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA) and local regulations.
    •Coordinate with architectural, structural, and electrical disciplines to resolve clashes and integration issues.
    •Manage and mentor the mechanical engineering team, assigning workload and ensuring delivery timelines.
    •Support project coordination efforts including scheduling, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication.
    •Contribute to cost control and value engineering initiatives to optimize design without compromising quality.

    •Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
    •12–18 years of experience in construction / MEP, with hands-on exposure to HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting systems.

    •Proven ability to review shop drawings, design calculations, and technical submittals.
    •Experience managing engineering teams and coordinating across multiple project stakeholders.
