1. Review the Tender Documents, B.O.Q, Drawings and Specifications to recognize the scope of the Project.
2. Review after all commercial aspects of Project Planning, Estimation and Cost Management consisting of Tender Preparation, Risk Analysis, Quantity Survey of Construction projects, Client Monthly Progress Invoices, Earned Value Management, Cost Reports, Cash Flows, Forecasts, Variations, Claims, revision analysis and interpretation of all contract agreements with clients, suppliers, consultants and contractors to provide effective Financial Proposals.
3. Collect Study and Selection of the appropriate Offers for the Civil/electrical and Mechanical Works from Sub-Contractors, Suppliers; with regular inquiry to put good Financial Proposals.
4. Making Cost comparison in case of multiple offers to select technically and commercially suitable proposals.
5. Check Quantity Take off Tables (done by Q.S.) from Tender Drawings and Documents to provide correct Financial Proposals for all quantity.
6. Application of Value Engineering to arrive the maximum cost saving without affecting the technical aspects of the Project requirements.
7. Preparation of the Final Tender's Technical and Financial Proposals.
8. Put the price of items depending on the drawing during the review of the plans and specifications conform POQ to know the amount and type of implementation to put the suitable & final price.
9. Prepare estimates and expenditure statements and other necessary documentation at regular intervals for the duration of the project to Continuous update for the costing elements to follows up of the price fluctuation and inflation in market.
10. Follow-up government departments to see the projects at hand & Establish and maintain tendering process, and conduct negotiations.
11. Performs other related duties as may be required by Direct manager
