3. Customer Loyalty & Retention Develop and implement customer loyalty programs.
Enhance customer engagement strategies across digital and offline channels.
Monitor customer satisfaction and retention metrics.
Build long-term brand relationships to increase repeat purchase rate.
4. Campaign Management & Execution Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, trade marketing, events, promotions).
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
Track campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
Adjust strategies based on analytics and performance insights.
5. Brand Management Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Strengthen brand awareness and market presence.
Develop marketing materials and promotional content aligned with brand guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
Proficiency in using analytics tools for tracking campaign performance (e.
g., Google Analytics, CRM software).
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
