Managing Director

Our client is one of Saudi Arabia’s foremost passenger car dealerships and are seeking to appoint a Managing Director, based in Riyadh with full P&L responsibility across the Kingdom. This is an opportunity for an accomplished leader to shape the strategic direction of a dynamic and rapidly evolving brand in one of the region’s most competitive markets.

The successful candidate will possess a demonstrable career at Group General Manager, Franchise Director, Head of Business or an equivalent senior executive level within the retail automotive sector. The role requires an individual of exceptional calibre who combines commercial acumen with an innate ability to inspire performance across multicultural teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership to achieve sustainable growth and profitability across all business divisions.
• Oversee the implementation of operational frameworks to ensure efficiency, innovation and customer satisfaction.
• Drive strategic partnerships and represent the organisation with key stakeholders and manufacturers.
• Lead business transformation initiatives to enhance competitiveness and brand presence in the regional market.

Candidate Profile

• Proven success in delivering growth and profitability within a complex, multi-site business environment.
• Deep commercial insight and strategic foresight, coupled with a strong understanding of regional market dynamics, consumer behaviour and the evolving mobility ecosystem.
• Exceptional leadership capability, able to inspire and motivate.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with outstanding interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Lebanese and Egyptian nationals are preferred.

The Offer

An attractive remuneration package is available, including a base salary in the range of SAR 60,000 to 80,000 per month, commensurate with experience, together with customary executive benefits and a performance-related annual bonus.
