J O B S U M M A R Y: At Six Flags & Aquarabia Qiddiya City, the Manager - Production will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events and productions to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
This role is responsible for managing all aspects of event production, including logistics, technical requirements, budgeting, and team coordination.
The Manager will ensure seamless execution of events, maintaining high-quality standards and aligning with the park’s strategic objectives.

JOB-SPECIFIC: ▪ Lead the end-to-end production process for events, including pre-production, on-site execution, and post-event evaluation.
▪ Ensure all events and productions align with the park’s brand standards, objectives, and guest experience goals.
▪ Assign tasks, monitor progress, and conduct regular check-ins to maintain project timelines and team productivity.
▪ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Corporate Alliances, to align event production with broader park initiatives.
▪ Develop and manage event production budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
▪ Monitor expenses, track financial performance, and report on budget variances to senior leadership.
▪ Source, select, and manage relationships with external vendors, including AV specialists, stage designers, and equipment suppliers.
▪ Oversee vendor deliverables and ensure all services meet contractual agreements and quality expectations.
▪ Act as the primary point of contact for production partners during event execution.
▪ Introduce creative and innovative production techniques to enhance the park’s events and guest experiences.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Production, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3-6+ years of experience in event production, technical production, or a related field.
