The Manager of FP&A Data & Visualization is accountable for providing precise financial reports, dashboards, and data models.
This role involves ensuring the integrity and governance of data, as well as facilitating stakeholder engagement and adhering to standardized reporting practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly management reports by coordinating inputs, validating data accuracy, and compiling performance commentary Consolidate and validate financial data across units; align with Accounting to ensure consistency and single-source-of-truth reporting.
Deliver executive and operational dashboards using standardized, reusable visuals that support reporting and consolidation using Ensure integrity, consistency, and traceability of financial data through robust governance frameworks and standardized definitions.
Assist in the development of reports to respond to cyclical and ad-hoc requests and analyses for Management, Board of Directors, PIF and other stakeholders and committees.
Support the enhancement of reporting standards by aligning pack structures and KPIs across teams.
Deliver Power BI reporting through structured data models and efficient, reliable dashboard refreshes.
Participate in managing the the department’s relationships with key stakeholders within the organization in order to facilitate financial information sharing.
Manage performance action logs, ensuring accountability through clear ownership and timely follow-up.
Establish strong reporting governance through standardized definitions, data controls, and periodic quality reviews.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field is required.
A professional certification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, MBA, CIMA, or similar is required.
8+ years of comprehensive experience in Finance, with an emphasis on management reporting, financial consolidation, performance analysis, data visualization, finance transformation, and automation.
At least 3 years of experience in a top consulting firm or Tier 1 consultancy is required.
Experience in master development, construction, infrastructure, real estate, or related industries is preferred.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems, such as Oracle, is preferred.
