Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment within the organization. This position requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various systems, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and be able to work independently or as part of a team to resolve maintenance issues promptly.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform preventive maintenance on a variety of industrial machinery, including (but not limited to) CNC turret punch machines, bending machines, injection molding machines, welding machines, press machines, and conveyors.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with precision and efficiency, including troubleshooting PLC/HMI systems.
3. Perform repairs on various equipment components, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
5. Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery.
6. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
7. Maintain accurate and detailed maintenance records, including daily and monthly reports.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
