The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and supervising maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and facility reliability. The role requires strong coordination skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage preventive and corrective maintenance operations efficiently. The candidate must ensure minimal downtime while maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Monitor maintenance work orders and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with maintenance technicians, engineers, and external contractors.
Maintain maintenance records, logs, and documentation accurately.
Track spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical materials.
Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements to reduce downtime.
Prepare maintenance reports and performance summaries for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in budgeting and cost control for maintenance activities.
Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues.
Coordinate shutdowns and major repair activities efficiently.
Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant maintenance coordination or supervisory experience.
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or facility maintenance environments preferred.
Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
