What would your day at GAC look like?
Coordinating and handling logistics operations including shipments, documentation, and job files
Preparing quotations and ensuring timely submission to customers
Verifying shipment data and ensuring the accuracy of documentation
Providing regular updates to customers on shipment status
Coordinating with carriers, brokers and vendors to ensure smooth operations
Arranging cargo movement, delivery and customs clearance
Ensuring timely billing, invoicing and job closure
Maintaining proper shipment records and tracking
