We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Lawyer to join our legal team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling litigation matters before Saudi courts and judicial committees, providing legal advice, drafting pleadings, and representing clients across various types of disputes in compliance with Saudi laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients before Saudi courts and judicial bodies, including:
General Courts
Commercial Courts
Labor Courts
Administrative Committees and Quasi-Judicial Bodies
Draft, review, and submit legal pleadings, statements of claim, defenses, appeals, and legal memoranda.
Attend hearings, court sessions, and meetings with judges, notaries, and government authorities.
Manage litigation files from initiation through resolution, including enforcement proceedings.
Conduct legal research and provide opinions in accordance with Saudi laws, regulations, and judicial precedents.
Advise clients on litigation strategies, risk assessment, and dispute resolution options.
Coordinate with clients, experts, and internal teams to gather evidence and prepare cases.
Monitor changes in Saudi laws, regulations, and court practices relevant to litigation.
Ensure compliance with Saudi legal and procedural requirements, including Najiz and other judicial platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); Master’s degree is a plus.
Licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia (Saudi Bar Association license preferred or required).
Minimum 3–7 years of litigation experience in Saudi Arabia.
Strong knowledge of Saudi laws and procedures, including:
Civil and Commercial Laws
Labor Law
Enforcement Law
Sharia principles as applied by Saudi courts
Experience handling cases through Najiz and other Saudi judicial electronic systems.
Excellent legal drafting and advocacy skills in Arabic (mandatory); English proficiency is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical, organizational, and case management skills.
