As a key member of the project team, you will conduct inspections, monitor progress, and provide guidance to contractors to ensure quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Inspect landscape and architectural works to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and industry standards.
Monitor contractor performance, quality of materials, and work processes on-site.

Review project documentation and assist in ensuring that all submittals are in compliance with project requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape and architectural inspection or related roles.
Strong understanding of landscape design, plants, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Excellent observational and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
