Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a strategic and experienced Land Development Director to lead our land development projects, playing a critical role in the company’s ambitious plans to develop one of the world’s most unique entertainment, sports, and cultural destinations.
In this leadership role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of land development initiatives including planning, coordination, execution, and stakeholder management.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align development projects with the company's vision, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and environmental requirements.
Responsibilities Develop and implement land development strategies in alignment with Qiddiya’s master plans and business objectives.
Lead and manage the entire land development lifecycle, from site selection and feasibility studies to design, permitting, and construction supervision.
Coordinate with architects, planners, engineers, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with zoning laws and environmental standards.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
Engage with external stakeholders, including government agencies and community representatives, to foster collaboration and secure necessary approvals.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges throughout the development process.
Mentor and develop a high-performing team committed to innovation and excellence in land development.
Prepare and present reports and progress updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Collaboration with global industry leaders in real estate development, architecture, and planning Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Development, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
At least 12 years of progressive experience in land development, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of land use regulations, zoning, and environmental compliance.
Proficient in project management methodologies, budgeting, and scheduling tools.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships internally and externally.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
Experience working in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia, is an advantage.
