RISE TO THE CHALLENGE



Philip Morris Trading Services KSA is looking for a Key Accounts Supervisor to join the team. As a Key Accounts Supervisor, you will be part of the Commercial team, reporting to the Regional Manager.



Key Accounts Supervisor role is responsible for establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with assigned accounts, third party distributors and customers in the territory. 



 This role contributes to the development of national and local key accounts, he/she will be responsible for developing the commercial strategy on respective territory level by deploying the set strategy in the market, managing the assigned territory and accounts in terms of KPIs across and ensure the execution of commercial plans. 




YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY‘



TERRITORY MANAGEMENT 
-Coordinate, propose, and deploy the set of commercial objectives by developing comprehensive knowledge of the assigned accounts in your territory.
-Ensure efficient coverage and effective territory planning that focuses on visiting high weighted key accounts and individual POS customers, maintaining relationships, and gathering market intelligence. 
-Identify new opportunities that can have a positive business impact on your assigned territory



 -Conduct regular market visits to ensure optimal product placement, availability, and promotion effectiveness for all categories




SALES ANALYTICS
- On territory level - consolidate and analyse all market and PMI business performance (CC & SFP) in order to define territory performance gaps and strengths in a timely & effective manner.




TRADE RELATIONSHIPS
- Build & maintain mutually beneficial business relationships with strategic outlets for CC & SFP touchpoints in order to ensure smooth business operations and maintenance of expected product availability and visibility.
- Monitor, evaluate business partner’s performance and propose activities to improve their result based on commercial approach, consumer centricity and promoting PMI’s image of a top-tier business partner. 




DIGITILIZATION
- Drive and lead on digital engagement in your assigned territory across all indirect channels in order to promote digitalization and improve business model efficiency




PRINCIPLES & PRACTICES
- Ensure that all conducted business activities correspond to national legislation as well as PMI Principles & Practices. 
- Train & guide 3rd party customers on relevant policies, procedures and guidelines and report all noticed accidents and incidents.




 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR



  • KSA National
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a commercial role.
  • Industry Background: Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector is a strong advantage
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English(both written & spoken); Arabic is an advantage
  • Client Relationship Management: Prior experience in account management is preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint, data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Negotiation Abilities: Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes.
  • Digital Fluency: Tech-savvy with hands-on experience in emerging digital tools and technologies, both internally and in collaboration with business partners.
