Job description

• Develop and oversee Account Business Plans within the KAM framework, aligning customer needs with Tabuk 
Pharma’s brand and service portfolio. 
• Ensure monthly review and update of account plans with clear action tracking and performance metrics. 
• Identify emerging customer needs and translate them into structured commercial opportunities. 
• Monitor financial performance versus budget (Sales, Profitability, Demand Forecast). 
• Identify gaps in performance and implement corrective actions promptly. 
• Ensure delivery of monthly and annual territory sales and profit targets 
• Supervise daily KAM operations within the territory. 
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and approval processes. 
• Support the team in prioritization of accounts and resource allocation. 
• Optimize deployment of resources based on account potential and ROI. 
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts. 
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and effective 
manner. 
• Lead negotiation strategy for major deals and tenders. 
• Provide structured performance updates to internal stakeholders. 
• Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and regulatory developments impacting key accounts. 
• Prepare and present regular performance reports and updates to key accounts and internal stakeholders. 
• Supports the sales team in their prioritization of customers. 



  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical Commercial KSA.
