The Junior Procurement Officer supports daily procurement operations by sourcing goods and services and coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders. The role ensures timely, cost-effective purchasing in line with company policies.
Responsibilities:
Support the procurement process for materials, equipment, and services
Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders
Source supplier quotations and assist with price and technical comparisons
Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs
Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and databases
Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery timelines, and invoices
Assist in supplier evaluation and vendor registration processes
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Strong command of the English language
