Eram Talent is actively seeking an IT Application & Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing IT applications and systems that support organizational objectives.
You'll work closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that the IT applications meet the evolving needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a comprehensive data management strategy to support the Operational Excellence & Compliance Division's safety goals and objectives.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights and trends on safety performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and implement data management solutions, including data collection, storage, and analysis, to support safety-related data and metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data requirements, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
• Develop and maintain data quality control processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of safety data.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, and mentor them in the development of their skills and expertise.
• Collaborate with the IT department to implement new software and systems, including: o Providing system requirements and specifications to ensure alignment with business needs.
o Participating in the design and development of new systems and software.
o Conducting testing and quality assurance to ensure system functionality and performance.
o Providing training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of new systems and software.
• Ensure compliance with relevant company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to data management and safety reporting.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.
g. Computer Science, Information Technology).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry, with a strong background in Safety.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis principles, data analysis, and reporting techniques.
• Experience with data management, including data collection, storage, and analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in programming languages, such as SQL, Python, and R.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques, including predictive analytics and data mining.
• Certification in business analysis, such as Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or Certified Management Consultant (CMC), is preferred.
• Experience with cloud-based business analysis tools and platforms, is preferred but not required Work Location: Office Weekly Hours: 8 hours per day (Office)
