As Investor Relations Coordinator at MoonTech, you’ll be the architect of our investor experience—from first contact to funding milestones. You’ll bring structure to the investor pipeline, clarity to communications, and precision to every piece of fundraising material.

Your mission:

• Investor CRM Management: Own and optimize our HubSpot CRM—track interactions, follow-ups, and generate sharp reports.

  
  
  

• Investor Engagement: Lead timely, professional outreach to current and potential investors. Schedule meetings, craft communication, and ensure alignment across touchpoints.

  
  
  

• Data Room Excellence: Maintain a clean, intuitive, and always up-to-date investor data room.

  
  
  

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with legal, finance, leadership, and marketing teams to deliver polished pitch decks, financial reports, and metrics.

  
  
  

• Handling Investor Requests: Respond to inquiries with clarity, accuracy, and speed.

  
  
  

• Fundraising Support: Keep the fundraising engine running—providing structure and momentum through every phase of the investment lifecycle.

  
  
  

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

  
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in investor relations, fundraising operations, or startup finance.

  
  
  

• Proficiency with HubSpot (or equivalent CRM), Google Workspace, and virtual meeting tools.

  
  
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  
  
  

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines while handling sensitive information.

  
  
  

• Bonus: Prior experience in tech, startups, or performance marketing is a plus.
