As an Investment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the full investment cycle, primarily within the real estate sector.
Operating at the holding company level, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing investment opportunities, structuring deals, and presenting cases for executive and board approval.
Your expertise will drive the development and execution of investment strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and delivering sustainable value.
Key responsibilities include: Lead the end-to-end investment process for real estate opportunities, from sourcing to execution and post-acquisition monitoring Source and secure real estate investment opportunities in the Saudi market Conduct feasibility studies, financial modeling, and comprehensive risk assessments Structure and evaluate investment deals, including partnerships and joint ventures Develop and execute overall investment strategy in alignment with company objectives Manage and monitor investment performance and portfolio-level capital allocation Present investment cases and recommendations to executive leadership and board for approval Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment Coordinate due diligence processes and negotiate commercial terms with external partners Health insurance coverage (medical, dental, vision) Paid annual leave and public holidays On-site support and resources for project management Opportunities for advancement within a leading Saudi investment group Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Investment, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field 7–10+ years of relevant experience in real estate investment, including executing investments via real estate funds and leading development/value-add projects Experience at a leading financial institution or investment firm (investment bank, PE/REPE, asset manager, sovereign/holding investment arm) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for real estate financial modeling, feasibility, and sensitivity analysis; ability to build models from scratch Proficiency with PowerPoint for investment memos and board-level presentations Strong understanding of the Saudi real estate market, regulatory environment, and real estate fund structures Proven ability to source investment opportunities, structure and negotiate deals (including joint ventures and partnerships), and coordinate due diligence processes Experience presenting investment cases to executive leadership and boards, with strong communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills Fluent in Arabic and English Saudi national (eligible to work in Saudi Arabia without visa sponsorship) Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree (MBA or MSc Finance/Real Estate) Experience executing transactions with deal sizes in the range of SAR 50M–300M+ Proficiency with Power BI or similar tools for investment performance tracking and reporting Portfolio-level thinking and experience managing post-investment monitoring across multiple assets Direct participation in investment committee forums, defending assumptions and recommendations Experience working with external partners (developers, fund managers, co-investors) and internal cross-functional teams (finance, development, legal) Relevant real estate or investment certifications (e.
