Job description

Interior Designer – Sales-Oriented

Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a talented Interior Designer with strong experience in the Saudi market and the ability to bring in new projects and generate sales in the field of interior design and fit-out.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design within Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven ability to attract clients and secure projects.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, etc.).
  • In-depth understanding of local market trends and client preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative and functional interior design solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs.
  • Generate new business opportunities and meet sales targets.
  • Coordinate with execution teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary & Benefits: Based on experience – candidates with a strong client network are preferred.

Skills

Creativity and innovation in interior space design with modern and appealing styles.

Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and local client preferences.

Ability to attract new clients and effectively promote interior design services.

Excellent communication skills with clients and internal teams.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills in both design and commercial aspects.

Proficiency in professional design software, such as:

  • AutoCAD
  • 3Ds Max
  • SketchUp
  • Photoshop or equivalent presentation/editing tools

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Presentation skills to showcase design concepts clearly and attractively to clients.

Capability to prepare competitive quotations and awareness of market pricing and materials.

Initiative and strong team spirit.
