3+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably within a corporate training or e-learning context.

Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and familiarity with SCORM/AICC standards.
