· Assure continuous compliance with HSE rules.
· Lead decontamination teams in handling hazardous materials.
· Implement decontamination plans and ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations.
· Monitor chemical usage, PPE compliance, and waste segregation procedures.
· Maintain detailed records of waste disposal, environmental impact, and regulatory documentation.
· Conduct daily toolbox talks, risk assessments, and safety briefings.
· Coordinate with the decontamination Superintendent and client safety officers during audits and inspections.
· Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations for decontamination personnel.
· Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Environmental Engineering, Industrial, or a related technical field.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in decontamination operations, with exposure to hazardous material handling.
· Strong Knowledge and adherence to HSE regulations.
· Strong understanding of Saudi environmental regulations and client standards
· Excellent documentation, leadership, and risk assessment skills.
· Ability to lead teams in high-risk environments and ensure full compliance.
· Ability to interpret P&IDs and cleaning method statements.
· KSA experience is a plus.
