Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented HSE Section Head to lead our Health, Safety, and Environment initiatives.
The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while fostering a culture of safety within the organization.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
Lead risk assessments and safety audits, providing guidance on best practices to enhance workplace safety.
Conduct HSE training programs for employees and management, ensuring awareness of safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Monitor compliance and performance metrics, preparing reports for senior management.
Stay updated on evolving HSE regulations and industry trends to maintain compliance and enhance safety practices.
Manage and lead incident investigations, analyzing data to prevent future occurrences.
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field.
5-10 years of experience in HSE within the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
Proven experience in managing HSE programs and leading teams.
Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
HSE certifications (e.
g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are preferred.
