Job description

  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests


  • Updating internal databases with new hire information


  • Office operations, logistics, oversee manager of housekeeper, transportation


  • Facilitate and book regional trips to KSA office 


  • Manage the government portals for company administration, deadlines, licenses, tenders and recruitment, internships 


  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.


  • Responsible for supervising the HR procedures as well as policies.
