Responsibilities Operate Backhoe and Excavator safely and efficiently on construction sites Perform pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance of equipment Follow project plans, blueprints, and specifications to complete tasks accurately Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate tasks Document equipment usage and maintenance activities as required Salary is not a constraint ,company is looking for right candidate .
Minimum of 2 years of experience operating Backhoe and Excavator Valid certifications and licenses for operating heavy equipment Strong knowledge of safety practices in heavy machinery operation Able to interpret project drawings and specifications Effective communication and teamwork abilities Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and equipment condition Willingness to work flexible hours and in various weather conditions
