Job description

Job Title : Healthcare Integration Specialist

Joining : Immediate Joiner

Location : Saudi Arabia - (AL Jouf)



We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Integration Specialist to join our team in the Northern Borders region. The ideal candidate will manage integration projects for various healthcare systems and devices, ensuring seamless interoperability and effective implementation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain integration solutions involving Lab Analyzers, POCT devices, RIS/PACS, CVIS, and medicine dispensation systems.
  • Coordinate integration projects independently with internal stakeholders and external implementers.
  • Act as the communication bridge between hospitals, development teams, and data migration units.
  • Troubleshoot system integration issues and escalate to the technical team as needed.
  • Maintain reports on project status, pending issues, and deadlines per hospital.
  • Support Go-Live activities (onsite/offshore) and provide guidance to support teams.
  • Assist in documentation, training review, and system configuration using Admin Console.
  • Contribute to data collection, reporting, and clinical decision-making processes.


General Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a healthcare integration or HIS-related role
  • Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills


Skills

Technical Skills Required:

  • HL7 v2.x/v3, ASTM, FHIR protocols
  • Integration Engines: Mirth, Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, Iguana
  • Web API integration experience
  • Proficiency in JavaScript or other scripting languages
  • Basic experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet)
  • Knowledge of cloud environments (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
  • Understanding of healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA)
  • Familiarity with HIS systems, preferably IQVIA HIS
  • Ability to work with Admin Console for configuration
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills
  • Experience supporting hospital Go-Lives and on-site troubleshooting
