Responsibilities Lead and manage the handover and commissioning activities for sports facilities, including coordination of all related systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and security.
Develop and implement detailed commissioning and handover plans, ensuring alignment with project schedules and quality requirements.
Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives to ensure a seamless transition from construction to operational phases.
Conduct inspections, functional testing, and performance verification to certify readiness for facility use.
Prepare comprehensive handover documentation, commissioning records, and operation & maintenance manuals.
Identify and resolve any deficiencies or non-conformance issues prior to handover.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations during handover and commissioning.
Provide training and guidance to facility management teams to support efficient operation and maintenance.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in commissioning and handover management, preferably within sports facilities or similar infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of sports facility systems and related standards.
Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with various stakeholders.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience preparing detailed commissioning and handover documentation.
Familiarity with quality assurance, health, and safety regulations.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
