Zoom is hiring a Manager, Go-to-Market Finance based in Saudi Arabia. This position supports the Regional Headquarters (RHQ) and aligns with Ministry of Investment requirements. The role integrates with Zoom’s global finance operations, fulfilling RHQ responsibilities while collaborating with the Go-to-Market Business team. Responsibilities include financial analysis, planning, and partnering with peers to achieve broader organizational goals.


About the Team


The Sales FP&A team is part of the larger Finance organization within Zoom. You will join a talented and diverse team driving Zoom’s Go-to-Market strategy. We operate at the intersection of finance, sales, and business strategy, focusing on high-impact opportunities that enhance our growth trajectory.


Responsibilities


  • Reviewing Financial Performance: Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide insights on variance against plan. Business Planning & Budgeting: Lead the annual operating plan and rolling forecast cycles, ensuring alignment with corporate targets. Operational & Financial Reporting: Manage the preparation and presentation of regular financial reports for management review.


  • Supporting M&A Activities: Provide general analytical support for acquisitions, mergers, and divestments as business needs arise. Financial Management & Treasury Support: Collaborate with the central Treasury team to support financial management, foreign exchange monitoring, and treasury center services. Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making.


  • Partnering directly with Sales and Cross-functional leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. Align on annual and quarterly Go-to-Market plans, revenue targets, and investment priorities. Drive forecasting and performance management for bookings, ARR, and retention.


  • Building and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, and reporting on KPIs including pipeline conversion, rep productivity, and product attach/cross-sell. Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities and provide clear recommendations. Conduct deep-dive analyses on sales performance, funnel health, and forecasting accuracy.


  • Supporting QBRs, executive updates, and board-level reporting on Go-to-Market performance. Driving projects to improve existing planning processes, automation & streamlining of deliverables and presenting data driven plans & results to senior executives. Working on Headcount management: Work with segment leaders and HR in developing, reporting and analyzing recruiting plans.


  • Expenses management: Help develop an operating expense plan. Ensure accurate budgeting & reporting, variance analysis and forecasting of expenses. Improve and scale FP&A processes, tools, and systems in coordination with broader finance team.


What we're looking for


  • Hold Saudi nationality (required).


  • Hold a bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Possess advanced qualifications such as SOCPA, CPA, or CMA for additional expertise.


  • Bring 6+ years of experience in Finance, specializing in FP&A, Go-to-Market finance, or corporate financial management.


  • Demonstrate expertise in working within multinational environments while providing support to teams operating across various geographical regions.


  • Demonstrate fluency in both Arabic and English languages.


  • Demonstrate expertise in financial modeling and data analysis using Excel with a meticulous and analytical approach.


  • Demonstrate clear and concise communication abilities, effectively summarizing complex data tailored to the needs of various stakeholders.


  • Adapt to managing both structured reporting needs and unplanned support activities effectively.
