Key responsibilities include: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects and group initiatives Lead project launches and opening campaigns, including go-to-market strategies Conduct market research and competitor analysis to effectively position projects Drive digital marketing performance with a focus on reducing cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA) Design and optimize the customer journey and lead funnel from awareness to conversion Manage campaigns across digital platforms (Google, Meta) with performance tracking and continuous optimization Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales targets and conversion goals Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for ongoing improvement Build and manage brand positioning for each project and the group Comprehensive medical insurance coverage Pension scheme in accordance with Saudi labor regulations Paid annual leave and public holidays Professional development and training opportunities Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing 8+ years of professional experience in marketing, including proven experience in real estate marketing Experience leading end-to-end marketing for real estate project launches, including go-to-market and opening campaigns Hands-on experience in digital and performance marketing with measurable optimization of CPL and CPA Experience in market research and competitor benchmarking for project positioning Hands-on experience using Odoo CRM and managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms Native Arabic proficiency and business-fluent English proficiency Saudi nationality Ability to join within 30 days or less Experience designing and optimizing lead generation funnels and customer journeys from awareness to conversion Experience collaborating with sales teams to align marketing with sales targets and conversion goals Experience presenting marketing performance and strategy to executive leadership Preferred Qualifications: Retail marketing experience Google Ads Search Certification or equivalent Meta Certified Media Buying Professional or equivalent Meta Blueprint certification CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) certification or equivalent
