Government Relation Officer (GRO) Role Overview The Government Relation Officer (GRO) at ABIS is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's relationship with government bodies and authorities.

Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact between the company and government agencies.
Manage applications and follow-up for permits, licenses, and other official documentation.

Coordinate and facilitate governmental inspections or audits as required.

ARAMCO / SABIC Experience required as GRO for Shutdown / turnaround or Projects .
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, Law, Political Science, or a related field.
5 years of experience in government relations or similar roles, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector.
Strong knowledge of governmental regulations and procedures in Saudi Arabia.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with government entities.
Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
