  Role Overview: The Global Expansion Manager drives the company’s international growth by overseeing new market entry from feasibility studies to full operational launch.
This role requires a blend of strategic analysis, regulatory navigation, cross-functional coordination, and project execution to ensure each new country is launched efficiently and integrated seamlessly into the organization’s global ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities Market Entry & Feasibility Conduct comprehensive market research for target regions.
Prepare country entry business cases and present recommendations to leadership.
Regulatory & Licensing Lead license and permit applications with local regulators and authorities.
Liaise with external consultants, legal firms, and government agencies to ensure full compliance.
Maintain a repository of entity documents and regulatory updates.
Entity Setup & Operations Oversee entity formation, bank account openings, and hiring setup in new markets.
Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations, and HR to achieve go-live readiness.
Localization & Product Readiness Manage localization projects, ensuring that app/website, payment methods, and customer care channels are adapted to the new country.
Partner with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to deliver localized experiences.
Tracking & Reporting Monitor expansion milestones, risk logs, and budgets; report progress weekly to leadership.
Maintain dashboards and trackers for all ongoing and upcoming markets.
Post-Launch Integration Ensure newly launched entities are fully integrated into global governance, reporting, and compliance frameworks.
Partner with internal stakeholders to align accounting, HR, and operations processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Economics, or related field.
4–6 years of experience in project management, preferably involving entity setup, compliance, or multi-country operations.
Exceptional project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Comfortable working across multiple time zones and functions.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
