Job description

Operational Leadership

  • Lead all service center operations including valve repair, testing, calibration, and field services.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, API, and customer-specific standards.
  • Manage workshop and mobile service unit performance to meet customer needs on time and within budget.

🤝 Business Development & Client Management

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key customers.
  • Identify new markets and service opportunities (e.g., shutdowns, emergency maintenance).
  • Drive proposal development and negotiation of service contracts and pricing models.

💼 Team & Performance Management

  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development of technical and administrative staff.
  • Set KPIs and ensure team performance aligns with business objectives.
  • Foster a safety-first, customer-centric culture.

📈 Financial Oversight

  • Develop and manage annual budgets, P&L, and capital expenditure plans.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost optimization strategies.

📊 Strategic Planning

  • Formulate long-term growth strategies in alignment with company vision.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
