The Role
The General Manager will oversee manufacturing operations, plant performance, and workforce productivity. This role will manage production, maintenance, quality, and safety functions. A key focus will be improving efficiency, yield, and cost control. The GM will lead continuous improvement initiatives and support capacity expansion projects. This role carries full operational accountability and leadership responsibility.
Candidate Profile
Candidates must have senior manufacturing leadership experience within industrial or production environments. Strong exposure to plant operations and workforce management is essential. Experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred. The ideal candidate demonstrates operational discipline, leadership maturity, and safety-first mindset. Technical or engineering backgrounds are advantageous.
