Job Title: General Manager – Food & Beverage (Coffee, Ice Cream)
📍 Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead the operations, strategy, and profitability of our Food & Beverage division, specializing in coffee, ice cream, and gelato. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in F&B leadership, with a proven track record in business development, multi-unit operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role is critical in shaping the future growth and operational excellence of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and expand market presence.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for new outlets, partnerships, and regional expansion.
- Stay ahead of market trends and evolving consumer preferences to adapt offerings accordingly.
🔹 Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations across all branches, ensuring service consistency and quality control.
- Establish and maintain SOPs for service, product quality, hygiene, and operational efficiency.
- Optimize supply chain, inventory management, and vendor performance.
🔹 Financial Management
- Prepare, manage, and monitor budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and profitability.
- Analyze financial reports, sales trends, and KPIs to guide strategic decisions.
- Drive revenue through effective pricing, menu innovation, and promotional activities.
🔹 Team Leadership & Human Resource Development
- Lead recruitment, training, and development of staff including baristas, chefs, and service teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Implement performance appraisal systems and employee retention programs.
🔹 Quality Assurance & Customer Experience
- Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene standards in all outlets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Use customer feedback to refine service delivery and improve guest satisfaction.
🔹 Brand Development & Marketing
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute brand and promotional campaigns.
- Strengthen brand identity through consistent messaging and customer engagement.
- Oversee social media, customer reviews, and public perception management.
Skills
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in the F&B industry, preferably within coffee, ice cream, or gelato sectors.
- Proven leadership in managing multi-location operations.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality standards.
