3. Operational Management:
- Provide overall leadership and direction to all
departments within the organization.
- Ensure effective implementation of operational policies,
procedures, and quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to
measure operational efficiency.
4. Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial
objectives are met.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, prepare
financial reports, and present findings to the executive team.
5. Stakeholder Management:
- Represent the company in external meetings, conferences,
and industry events.
