Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing functional solutions, configuring Odoo modules, and ensuring seamless implementation tailored to our organizational needs. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality ERP solutions that optimize business processes across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
#Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications using Odoo ERP modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, Manufacturing, etc.)
#Configure and customize Odoo modules to align with business processes
#Conduct gap analysis between client needs and Odoo functionality
#Coordinate and lead implementation, testing, and training activities
#Provide user support, troubleshooting, and system documentation
#Liaise between technical teams and business users to ensure successful delivery
#Continuously improve the ERP system based on user feedback and business evolution
#Stay updated with the latest Odoo features and best practices
Job Requirements:
#Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
#Proven experience (2+ years) working as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar role
#Strong knowledge of Odoo’s core modules and workflows
Understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, sales, supply chain, and HR
#Experience with requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and user training
#Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
#Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks with minimal supervision
#Odoo certification (preferred but not mandatory
🔹 Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction company, with familiarity in project management, contracts, and construction-related business processes.
