Support project teams by developing accurate architectural BIM models and drawings in accordance with project requirements, BIM standards, and coordination needs. The role focuses on modelling, documentation, and assisting BIM coordination under senior supervision
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and update architectural BIM models using Revit in line with project drawings, specifications, and BIM standers.
Prepare architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details) extracted from BIM models.
Ensure model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with LOD requirements.
Assist in BIM coordination with structural and MEP disciplines, including clash detection support.
Incorporate design changes, RFIs, and comments into the BIM model in a timely manner.
Maintain proper model structure, naming conventions, and file management.
Support quantity take-offs and basic schedules from BIM models when required.
Follow company BIM standards, workflows, and QA/QC procedures.
Technical Skills
Excellent command of Revit & AutoCAD is a mandatory.
Understanding of BIM fundamentals: LOD, model coordination, families, views, sheets.
Familiarity with Dynamo for Revit is an advantage.
Familiarity with Navisworks (basic) is an advantage.
Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and specifications.
Preferred Experience
Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering.
0-3 years of experience in technical Engineer role.
Internship or fresh graduate experience in BIM-based projects is a plus.
Exposure to site or technical office workflows is an advantage.
