Job description

The FM Services Lead is a critical position within the Facilities & Property Management sector, particularly for those with airport experience. Responsibilities:

  2. Develop and implement tailored facilities management strategies that meet airport-specific requirements.
  3. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to airport facilities management.
  4. Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and environmental standards.
  5. Manage relationships with airport vendors and oversee contracts for outsourced services.
  6. Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain safety and service standards in airport facilities.
  7. Develop and manage budgets specific to airport facilities operations.
  8. Implement training programs focused on airport-specific facilities management practices.
  9. Collaborate with airport authorities and other departments to ensure seamless service integration.
  10. Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency improvements in airport service delivery.
