ABIS is seeking a proactive Fleet Coordinator - Site to manage and oversee the daily operations of the company’s vehicle fleet at project sites.
The role involves coordinating vehicle allocation, ensuring timely maintenance, monitoring driver performance, and maintaining accurate fleet records.
The Fleet Coordinator will work closely with site management to support operational needs and optimize fleet utilization while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule the deployment of fleet vehicles to meet project and operational requirements.
Monitor and ensure timely maintenance and servicing of all fleet vehicles.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and inspections.
Manage driver assignments, monitor driver performance, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for any fleet-related needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and relevant transportation laws.
Generate regular reports on fleet operations and performance metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in fleet management or coordination, preferably in the construction or oil & gas industry.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and safety standards.
Valid driving license is an advantage.
