Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all finance and accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, treasury, costing, and financial reporting.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting processes.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with production and retail sales targets.
• Oversee product costing for fresh bakery / FMCG items, including raw materials, labor, overhead, and wastage analysis.
• Monitor margins by product line, channel, and customer accounts (modern trade, retail chains, distributors).
• Partner with sales and operations teams to evaluate pricing, promotions, and trade discounts.
• Control and optimize working capital, including inventory, receivables, and payables.
• Implement and monitor cost control measures across manufacturing and distribution operations.
• Support retail and key account sales teams with financial analysis and profitability reports.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations, tax, and ZATCA requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
• Strengthen internal controls and financial governance.
• Lead and develop the finance team.
• Support ERP and finance system improvements and automation initiatives.

Required Experience

• 10–15+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Mandatory background in Fresh Bakeries OR FMCG companies supplying retail stores / modern trade.
• Strong experience in manufacturing + retail distribution finance.
• Proven experience in product costing and margin analysis for perishable / fast-moving goods.
• Experience supporting retail channel sales and key account structures.
• Experience in high-volume transaction environments.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional certification preferred: CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Saudi regulatory requirements.
