Every day is different but you’ll mostly be:


Supports daily finance operations including accounts payable and receivable processes
Maintains and updates financial records and documentation accurately
Assists in preparing financial reports and reconciliations
Coordinates with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and approvals
Processes invoices payments and expense claims in a timely manner
Monitors financial transactions and ensures compliance with company policies
Assists in budgeting forecasting and financial tracking activities
Supports audits by preparing required documents and reports
Handles filing and organization of finance related documents
Performs general administrative tasks related to finance operations


What We need from you:


Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification or equivalent in Finance Accounting or Business Administration
Or previous experience in finance accounting or hospitality environment
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Must speak fluent English
