The Factory Maintenance Engineer will ensure the safe, continuous, and efficient operation of production lines and equipment through effective preventive and corrective maintenance. The role focuses on reducing downtime, improving reliability, and ensuring safe site operations.


Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia


Key Accountabilities
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical faults efficiently and quickly.
  • Maintain equipment such as vibrating screens, conveyors, crushers, bucket elevators, gearboxes, and filling machines.
  • Supervise welding, fabrication, and workshop activities.
  • Support installation, alignment, and commissioning of equipment.
  • Monitor spare parts availability and coordinate with stores.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures.
  • Prepare maintenance reports and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with production teams to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in mining or heavy industry.
  • Strong knowledge of motors, electrical panels, and industrial sensors.
  • Experience in CMMS and maintenance planning systems.
  • PLC and automation basics are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership and team supervision abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and high safety awareness.
