Awtad is currently seeking a skilled Facility Engineer to join our team.
As a Facility Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operation, and improvement of our facilities.
Your role will involve performing inspections, troubleshooting equipment issues, coordinating repairs and maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and functionality of our facilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance and repair needs.
Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities, including routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the ongoing reliability and safety of our facilities.
Create and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in facility operations.
Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to coordinate facility-related projects.
Respond to facility emergencies and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in facility management or a similar role.
Knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices.

Fluent in speaking both Arabic and English.
Proficiency in computer applications related to facility management.
