Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an Executive Director - Development to take a leadership role in delivering this critical residential and sports development project.
This role is essential in ensuring the successful planning, design, and construction of a world-class sports precinct that aligns with Qiddiya's visionary goals for community living and international sporting events.
As the Executive Director - Development, you will oversee the entire development process, managing cross-functional teams and collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver a high-quality, sustainable, and timely project.

Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic planning and execution of the mega-sporting events development, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, budget, and schedule.
Manage multidisciplinary teams, including design, construction, and operations professionals, to drive project delivery.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government authorities, contractors, and community organizations.
Ensure the implementation of sustainable and innovative design solutions conducive to a high-quality residential environment.
Oversee risk management and compliance with all regulatory and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to senior management and adjusting plans as necessary.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Development, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
At least 25 years of progressive experience in large-scale residential development projects, preferably in athlete or sports-related village infrastructure.
Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams and successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of sustainable development practices and residential project standards.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with government agencies and regulatory bodies.
Proficiency in project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
