Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an accomplished Executive Director Commercial to lead and oversee all commercial activities related to significant Construction Development within Qiddiya.
This senior leadership position will play a critical role in driving the commercial strategy, managing high-value contracts, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with Qiddiya's vision and objectives.
The Executive Director Commercial will be responsible for steering commercial operations, contract negotiations, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across a large-scale construction development projects.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies that support project and company goals.
Lead negotiations and management of contracts, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to optimize project commercial performance.
Collaborate closely with project directors, legal teams, and external partners to manage commercial risks and opportunities.
Drive continuous improvement in commercial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and transparency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to the commercial team.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and multicultural environment.
Experience with Middle Eastern construction markets and relevant regulatory environments is preferred.
Proficiency in commercial management software and project management tools.
