Education and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cost estimation in construction or related industries.
Skills and Competencies: - Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and costs.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
