To help keep everything running efficiently, we’re searching for a proactive and organized Engineering Coordinator to support our Engineering team in maintaining hotel operations, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly. A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
● Coordinating daily engineering and maintenance activities to ensure smooth hotel operations
● Assisting in preparing work schedules, maintenance logs, reports, and documentation
● Following up on preventive maintenance plans and tracking completion of work orders
● Coordinating with suppliers and contractors for maintenance-related requirements
● Monitoring inventory and maintaining records for engineering supplies and equipment
● Supporting the Engineering team with administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with hotel standards and safety procedures
● Maintaining effective communication between departments regarding maintenance requests and updates
What We need from you:
● Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Engineering, Administration, or related field
● 1 years’ related experience in engineering coordination, maintenance administration, or a similar role
● Good knowledge of maintenance operations and administrative procedures
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills
● Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
● Great communication and interpersonal skills
● You’ll be a team player, proactive, responsible, hardworking, and able to work under pressure
