About the role


  • Mozn is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation and successful delivery of our AML and Fraud Intelligence products for enterprise clients.

What you'll do


  • Own the full delivery lifecycle of Mozn’s AML & Fraud solutions for customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, managing all aspects of client engagement.
  • Understand customer AML/Fraud workflows and ensure proper solution configuration.
  • Oversee integrations, data mapping, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Manage project plans, risks, communication, and overall delivery quality.
  • Support customer onboarding, training, and go-live readiness

Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience in solution delivery, consulting, or implementation roles.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, cloud environments, and enterprise integrations.
  • Solid knowledge of AML, transaction monitoring, KYC, and fraud prevention.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
