Electrical Foreman (Saudi Arabia)

In this essential role, you will supervise and coordinate electrical construction activities on-site, ensuring that all work is performed according to project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. The Electrical Foreman will lead a team of electricians and apprentices, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

• Supervise day-to-day electrical activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and adherence to safety protocols.
• Supervise and lead electricians and technicians in daily electrical operation and maintenance activities at utility plants and facilities.
• Execute preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems supporting water, wastewater, and seawater cooling operations.
• Ensure safe and reliable operation of electrical distribution systems including transformers, switchgear, MCCs, control panels, motors, and lighting systems.
• Plan, assign, and monitor work orders to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within required timelines.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, pumps, panels, and control systems to minimize downtime of utility assets.
• Ensure strict compliance with MASA QHSE policies, permit-to-work systems, LOTO procedures, and safety regulations.
• Review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical documents to support maintenance and repair activities.
• Coordinate with operations, mechanical, and instrumentation teams to support continuous plant operation.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and logs in line with O&M requirements.
